Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LOTO Procedure (the "Service"), operated by WPSani.store di Federico Sanua (VAT IT12343720012, Via Lanusei 5, 10137 Torino (TO), Italy), contact: support@wpsani.store. By using the Service or buying a license you agree to these terms.
1. What the Service is
The Service helps you write machine-specific lockout/tagout (energy control) procedures from templates, and print them with DANGER tags. Templates describe the energy sources and steps that machines of a given type typically have. They are a starting point, not a finished procedure for your machine.
2. Templates, not advice
- The Service does not provide legal, engineering or safety advice, and does not guarantee compliance with OSHA (29 CFR 1910.147) or any other law, standard or regulation.
- Machines differ by model, installation and modification. Before any procedure is used, a qualified person appointed by you must verify every energy source, magnitude, isolating device and step on the actual machine, compare the procedure with the manufacturer's instructions, and approve it.
- You, as the employer or user, remain solely responsible for your energy control program, including training, periodic inspections, lockout devices, and the safety of anyone who services or operates your machines.
- Do not use a procedure that has not been verified and approved. If anything in a template does not match your machine, correct it or do not use it.
3. Licenses and credits
- One-time packs give the stated number of procedures. A procedure uses one credit when it is first created; editing and reprinting it do not use credits. Credits do not expire while the Service is operated.
- The Consultant subscription gives the stated number of new procedures per calendar month, renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time by writing to support@wpsani.store; it stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Your license key gives access to your procedures. Keep it private: anyone with the key can use your credits and see your procedures.
4. Payments, delivery and right of withdrawal
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase. Prices are in US dollars and are final: no VAT is added, because the seller operates under the Italian flat-rate scheme (Law 190/2014, art. 1, paragraphs 54-89).
- Stripe sends you a payment receipt. If you need an invoice, write to us with your billing details.
- The Service is digital content supplied immediately after payment. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. By ticking the checkbox before payment you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the content has been supplied.
- If the Service does not work as described because of a technical fault on our side, write to us: we will fix it or refund the purchase.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no attempts to access other users' data, to bypass limits, to overload the Service, or to resell the Service itself. Procedures you create are yours to use within your organization or for your clients.
6. Intellectual property
The templates, texts and software of the Service belong to WPSani.store di Federico Sanua. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use and print the procedures you create. The details you enter remain yours.
7. No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and all templates are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WPSani.store di Federico Sanua is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for injuries, damages, fines or penalties arising from the use of procedures that were not verified and approved as required in section 2. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Indemnity
If you are a business, you agree to indemnify WPSani.store di Federico Sanua against claims by third parties arising from your use of procedures created with the Service, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and material changes will be shown on the website. We may suspend access in case of abuse. If we ever close the Service, we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can print your procedures.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims before its courts.
